Our recommendations are based on real customer fitting data collected at THE BASE. Because body shape, layering and personal fit preferences vary, your suggested size may differ from what you normally wear. When in doubt, we intentionally recommend a slightly roomier fit to reduce the risk of gear being too small, helping ensure your clothing is comfortable, functional and ready for the Yukon conditions.

Which Package Should I choose?

Our Pro Package is recommended for most travelers visiting Whitehorse from November through March. The Lite Package is ideal for October and for travelers who are less sensitive to the cold during milder winter periods.

How do I choose the right size?

Use our Size Converter on the reservation page, developed from over 3,000 real Yukon winter rental fittings each year, to find your recommended size. Our recommendations are based on height and weight and are designed to provide the best fit with standard winter layering.

What should I wear underneath?

A thermal base layer and a light mid-layer are all you need. Our winter clothing is designed to perform with normal layering, so there is no need to wear bulky clothing underneath.

Do you offer hotel delivery or airport pickup?

Yes. Hotel delivery is available at participating hotels in Whitehorse, and airport pickup can be added during checkout for CAD $25 per person.
