How our pick-up & drop-off works

What is the best option for you?

We deliver and pick up our rental packages to/from major hotels (excluding B&Bs and Air BnBs for security reasons) in downtown at free of charge or Whitehorse Airport at CAD20 per person.

Please note that we do NOT deliver rental items to B&Bs and Airbnb for security reasons. If you are planning to stay at B&B/Airbnb, please choose Store Pickup & Dropoff (free) or Airport Pickup & Dropoff (CAD20/person) service. Please do NOT choose Hotel Pickup & Dropoff when you are not staying there as hotels don't accept items for non-guests.

Now let’s look at how each of these pick-up & drop-off works below.

Store

We are conveniently located in the Sternwheeler Hotel on the first floor with lots of restaurants, shopping and parking nearby.

Pick up: Your package will be ready for pick up at our store at/after 2PM on your first day of the rental period.

Drop off: Please return them to the store by 12AM on your last day of the rental period.

Our store hours is 9AM to 5PM (Monday – Friday) and we are located at 201 Wood St, 1st floor of Sternwheeler Hotel, accessible from Steele St side.

Hotel

If you are staying at a hotel, this might be the best option for you. We deliver your package to major hotels in downtown Whitehorse.

Pick up: Your package will be delivered to your accommodation by 2PM on your first day of the rental period. Please ask for your package upon check-in at the front desk.

Drop off: Please return them to the front desk by 12PM on your last day of the rental period.

Airport

Do you want to warm yourself up soon after the landing? Our driver will meet you at the airport upon arrival with your package.

Pick up: One of our staff will see you at the Airport around the baggage claim area upon your arrival. Please look for the little board: "WINTER CLOTHING PICK-UP".

Drop off: We will see you again at the airport around the check-in counter 1.5 hours prior to the flight departure time.
*We will go over this with you on the first day.
