Easy Rental Process
1. Select Rental Duration
Once you select rental start date and duration, rental price will be shown for each item based on your rental duration.
2. Choose Items
Now you can choose the items and process payment. Your reservation will be confirmed once the full rental fee has been received.
3. Pickup & Return
Ready to enjoy Yukon adventure? Your gear will be ready for pick up at our store on your start date. *We do NOT offer delivery service.

Select your rental period for prices and availability. *Summer gear rentals are available between May 30 - Oct 6, 2025
Minimum rental duration is 2 nights 3 days for online booking. We do not accept walk-in customer due to high volume of bookings.

Safety is Priority
Yukon is home to grizzly and black bears. Whether you're Backpacking or camping, you can encounter a bear anywhere. Be prepared yourself with our rental Bear Safety Gear Package including Bear Spray and Bear Canister.
To fully enjoy Yukon wilderness, you will need to know how to stay safe there. Yukon Government's website gives us bear safety tips in a variety of outdoor situations in Yukon.

All of our sleeping bag rentals include a clean sleeping bag liner for your peace of mind. Enjoy the great outdoors of the Yukon with comfort and confidence!

3. Pickup & Return
Please pickup and return rental items at the store during our store hours. We are open from 9 AM to 4:30 PM(Mon - Fri). *Saturday, Sunday, Stat Holidays: Appointment Only
We are conveniently located in the Sternwheeler Hotel on the first floor with lots of restaurants, shopping and parking nearby. You can easily access from Steele St (parking lot side).
*Cancellation
If a cancellation occurs within 14 days of the rental date, or in case of no show, there is a 100% cancellation fee. If a cancellation or reduction occurs within 30 days, a 50% cancellation & change fee applies. This will be 50% of original booking total. Outside of that time period cancellations are given a full refund. You can change your booking if items are still available any time prior to 48 hours before rental start date. Please read our Terms of Service for more details.
