How Pickup & Dropoff Works
Store
We are conveniently located in the Sternwheeler Hotel on the first floor with lots of restaurants, shopping and parking nearby.
Hotel
If you are staying at a hotel, this might be the best option for you. We deliver your package to major hotels in downtown Whitehorse.
Airport
Do you want to warm yourself up soon after the landing? Our driver will meet you at the airport upon arrival with your package.
More Information
We deliver and pick up our rental packages to/from major hotels (excluding B&Bs and Air BnBs for security reasons) in downtown at free of charge or Whitehorse Airport at CAD20* per person.
We do NOT deliver rental items to B&Bs and Airbnb for security reasons. If you are planning to stay at B&B/Airbnb, please choose Store Pickup & Dropoff (free) or Airport Pickup & Dropoff (CAD20*/person) service. Please do NOT choose Hotel Pickup & Dropoff when you are NOT staying there as hotels don't accept items for non-guests.
*Extra fee of CAD20 applies to early(before 7am)/late(after 7pm)flights for Airport Delivery.
Rental Period
The rental period starts from 2:00PM to the next day 12:00PM
For Airport Delivery (CAD20/person), please disregard this Rental Period - one of our staff will be at the airport upon your arrival no matter how early in the morning or late in the evening. For the airport return, we will see you again at the airport around the check-in counter 1.5 hours prior to the flight departure time. *We will go over this with you on the first day
Change & Cancellations
If a cancellation or reduction occurs within 14 Days of the rental date, or in case of no show, there is a 100% cancellation fee. If a cancellation or reduction occurs within 30 days, a 50% cancellation fee applies. This will be 50% of original booking total. Outside of that time period cancellations are given a full refund. You (hereinafter “Renter”) can change his/her booking if items are still available any time prior to 48 hours before their rental.
If flight is cancelled or delayed, there is no refund for this. Rental items could have been booked to another customer. Please consider Travel Insurance before you travel. Please read our Terms of Service for more details.
We always try our best to meet your requests, however, we can not guarantee your request especially when it's last minute booking or when it's:
- Holiday season (around December 20th to January 5th)
- Yukon Quest (Beginning of February)
- Yukon Sourdough Rendezvous (Mid February)
